THE SCENERY
East of Phoenix, Arizona, located in the Tonto National Forest, enjoy the scenic views of this mountainous region as you ride into the foothills on our hourly trail rides, surrounded by the Goldfield Mountains and the iconic Superstition Mountains. These mountains and their history of the Old West attract many people from all over the world to this exceptional region of Arizona.

- Winter Hours October-April: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Summer Hours May & June: 8 a.m.–10 a.m. and 5 p.m.--7 p.m.
- Sunset Rides are available in May & June for adult riders for $20 per-person extra, added on to our standard hourly rates. Start time varies on time of sunset. Note we cannot guarantee a "sunset" but it is a beautiful time of day

(480) 982-4040. The more advanced notice we have, the better the chance that we can fit your schedule. Many times we can make same-day reservations for our 1 hour rides. During busy weeks, we recommend booking at least a week ahead of time - If you need to cancel, we just ask that you call us as soon as possible
- Parties of 7 or more, we add a 15% gratuity
- For payment, we prefer cash or debit card. Pay when you get here
- Parties of 10 or more, we collect a 50% deposit. We charge a 25% fee if cancelling within 5 days and a 50% fee if cancelling same day
- Show up for your reservation 10 minutes early
- Two person minimum per ride
- Gift Certificates are available
- Children must be 6 years old and in close range of 42" tall
- We lead 6-7 year old children on their own horse
- We do not double-ride
- Minors (under 18yrs) need an adult to ride with
- A parent (Mom, Dad, or Legal Guardian) must fill out our release and waiver for their minor to ride - there are no exceptions such as Aunt or Grandpa
- Riding helmets are available to anyone who wants one
- Bring a 16oz bottled water for each rider. We have bags on your saddle for your water and small items
- Jeans and closed-toe shoes or riding boots are recommended
- If someone in your extended party has a dog, make sure the dog is on a short leash and please keep them 100 feet from horses
- For hats bigger than ball caps, use a stampede string on brimmed hats. We can quickly string hats here if needed
- No backpacks, bags strapped to you, bulky SLR's, selfie sticks, or alcohol
- Adults must be able to reasonably step up into the stirrup from the ground and swing their leg over the horse - we give some help but it must be mostly on their own strength and with good balance when in the saddle
- We cannot take special-needs - we can help find a special-needs horseback riding arena upon request
- Superstitions OK Corral Stables reserves the right to refuse any person it evaluates to be unsafe or incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in its horse and/or horseback riding activity(s)

RIDING RELEASE & WAIVER FORM
For Mom, Dad, or Legal Guardian (who are not present) to print out, fill out, sign, and send with their minor children who are riding. Only clear and full waiver accepted. Very important, if we do not have acceptable physical or digital waiver for minors, then they cannot go.

For experienced riders, the Superstition Wilderness trails are challenging, riding within one of Arizona's most historic and beautiful mountain ranges. Our guides are knowledgeable about the area and are happy to share the history of the Superstition Mountains. 220 pound weight limit. (Limited availability mid-November to mid-April)
- Superstition Wilderness 3 1/2 Hour Ride: $209 + 15% Guide’s Fee = $240
- Superstition Wilderness All-Day Ride, about 7 hours, lunch included: $261 + 15% Guide’s Fee = $300
A 50% deposit is due to schedule a wilderness trail ride.
Our Wilderness Drop Trips take you and your gear on horseback to your camp or drop point in the Superstition Wilderness. Then, we can return with horses the day you want to be packed out. You can choose to hike while we shuttle your gear and you can choose to use our services round trip or just one way. This shuttle service allows you to have a comfortable trip and without a heavy backpack on your back. Maximum of 130 pounds of gear per pack horse. 220 pound weight limit for rider. Note some locations are not reachable by horses - this is determined upon booking. Minimum of 3 horses including the guides horse. (Limited availability mid-November to mid-April)
Packing out of First Water Trailhead: $300 per pack horse per day, $300 per guide per day, $300 per rider per day. To simplify, every horse going is $300 per day
Packing out of Peralta Trailhead: $350 per pack horse per day, $350 per guide per day, $350 per rider per day. To simplify, every horse going is $350 per day
Packing out of Tortilla Trailhead: $400 per pack horse per day, $400 per guide per day, $400 per rider per day. To simplify, every horse going is $400 per day.
Packing out of Reavis or Woodbury Trailheads: $450 per pack horse per day, $450 per guide per day, $450 per rider per day. To simplify, every horse going is $450 per day. Due to no trailers allowed currently on State Highway 88 at Fish Creek Hill, we cannot pack out of Reavis Trailhead. Road conditions to Woodbury Trailhead are usually not passable with a horse trailer - if the road is passable, we only take a maximum of 4 horses. The road is currently in very bad shape and not passable with a horse trailer.
A 50% deposit is due to schedule a drop trip.
For Superstition Wilderness trips, we collect a 50% deposit. We charge a 50% fee if cancelling within 5 days.
Note: Because these trips are conducted in a remote wilderness area, they are contingent on conditions of water, weather, trails, roads, and other unforeseen circumstances. If anything causes Superstitions OK Corral Stables to cancel, then efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling cannot be worked out, then a full refund will be given back.
